This policy explains how Family Revelations Inc., doing business as Life360Counseling (Life 360 Counseling), uses information for its optional scheduling-link text-message program.
We use your mobile phone number, your request and consent to receive the text, and messaging records such as message content, date, delivery status, and opt-out status. If you provide a name during the call, it may be associated with your request; it is not needed in the text itself.
We use this information to send the public PracticeQ booking link you request, document permission, troubleshoot delivery, respond to messaging help requests, and honor opt-outs. This program does not send marketing messages.
Bland supports the AI receptionist, Twilio supports SMS delivery, and telecommunications carriers route messages. These providers process information needed to operate the service. When you open the booking link, you enter your appointment and intake information directly in PracticeQ under the practice's applicable clinical privacy notices.
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Texting is optional and is not a condition of receiving services. Reply STOP to stop program texts. Reply HELP or call 651-302-4754 for assistance. We may send a final opt-out confirmation. You may request access to or correction of your messaging contact information by calling the office.
Ordinary SMS is not a secure channel for clinical information. Do not text health histories, diagnoses, questionnaire answers, passwords, insurance identifiers, or payment information. Complete private forms directly in PracticeQ. Anyone with access to your phone or notifications may see messages.
Messaging and consent records are retained as needed to operate the program, honor opt-outs, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Access is limited to personnel and providers who need it for those purposes. No fixed retention period or guaranteed security is promised by this policy.
