How long does therapy take?

The length of therapy depends on your goals, needs, and progress. We discuss what you want from therapy and review how the work is going.

What happens in a community session?

We choose an activity connected to your goals, prepare for it, practice, and reflect on the experience. Examples include social-skills practice at a coffee shop or a manageable physical challenge. We discuss suitability, logistics, and costs before planning an outing.

How does confidentiality work in public?

Public settings carry privacy limits. Before a community session, ask about who might see or hear you, what happens if you encounter someone you know, and alternatives if the setting does not feel comfortable.

Are parents involved in therapy with teens?

Parent involvement depends on the teen's needs, goals, and applicable consent and confidentiality requirements. We discuss those boundaries at intake.

What is the cancellation policy?
